KAFAS is a system that uses one or more cameras installed in the rearview mirror area to monitor the road conditions ahead. This system helps improve driver safety and comfort, which in turn reduces the risk of road accidents. The main functions of KAFAS are:
- Traffic sign recognition
- Lane Departure Warning
- Lane Keeping Assist
- Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go function
- Pedestrian Collision Warning and Brake Function ( Preventive Pedestrian Protection, Collision Warning)
- High beam control system
When replacing or retrofitting KAFAS, conventional coding and programming is not enough. This is due to the fact that this system requires FSC codes - unique activation keys that allow the use of specific functions in the car. Our company can download and activate all FSC certificates for this system.
